Cristiano Ronaldo alquiló una mansión valorada en 10 millones de euros en la exclusiva urbanización La Finca, complejo residencial considerado como uno de los más seguros y privados de la zona, ya que cuenta con un triple perímetro de seguridad con cámaras nocturnas e infrarrojos, además de patrullaje diario y nocturno. La vivienda se ubica en Pozuelo de Alarcón, lugar donde viven otros personajes conocidos, como Carlos Sainz, Fernando Torres, Lydia Bosch o Genoveva Casanova. Entre las propiedades que Ronaldo había visitado se encontraba un ático en el barrio de Chamberí, muy cerca del hotel Santo Mauro, donde vivió por un tiempo David Beckham.
La casa, obra del arquitecto Joaquín Torres y el estudio A-Cero, consiste en una planta baja con una superficie de 950 m2 construidos (875 útiles), forma trapezoidal y 36 estancias, construida en una parcela de 4.500 m2. En ésta, se encuentra la piscina, de 15×7 m y un enorme jardín con caminos peatonales y vegetación autóctona.
La vivienda está divida, fundamentalmente, en dos partes. Distingue por un lado las zonas de día y por otro las de noche. Cinco dormitorios tipo ’suite’ conforman la zona de descanso, destacando una enorme habitación. La habitación principal se distribuye en una zona de dormitorio de 30 m2 más otra área contigua de estar de otros 20 m2, dos baños -ambos con bañeras-jacuzzi- y dos vestidores. En total, una superficie de unos 70 m2. Un amplio salón con doble altura y chimenea representa el corazón de esta mansión. Su conexión con el patio interior, de estilo japonés, provoca una sensación de espacio abierto y máxima luminosidad. Una cocina y un extenso comedor completan el hogar. A su vez dispone de seis plazas de parking.
